Home: it’s where the heart is

I have always been the girl with her head lost in the clouds

Constantly dreaming of the life I deserved with nothing limiting me -

Since realizing my worth, I am the first defence of my energy, love, passions, and dreams

Since the day I committed to myself, I have withstood whirlwinds of emotions, hurricanes of intrusive thoughts, and tsunamis of tears

To stand firm in my beliefs and dreams that when I say

I will do everything in my power to prevent myself from straying

Or allowing another to hinder my power and blind every sense of what I call home
